Jungle Village Chemuyil (JVC) is an exciting new development in the Riviera Maya on the Caribbean Coast of Mexico. The village is immersed in the rainforest only 10 minutes away from pristine white beaches and a short drive away from Tulum and Playa del Carmen. The international airport of Cancún guarantees easy access to the area, which will soon feature a second international airport (Tulum) and will be served by a new train line (Tren Maya), a major infrastructural project to be delivered in 2024.

The village will function as a luxury boutique hotel with full amenities at a scale that will allow us to provide customers with a warm and personalized experience of hospitality. It will feature 14 unique Japandi Eco-Villas (see the description below) suitable for groups of 2 to 6 guests. It will have a fully-functioning restaurant offering a range of options from traditional dishes to fine dining, conceived with the objective of becoming an attraction in itself for people looking for a high-end gastronomic experience in the area. The restaurant will also offer a rich breakfast that will feature fruit and vegetables grown in our garden. Among the available facilities, the village will include swimming pools excavated in the ground like natural xenotes, a yoga studio, a jungle gym, an office space, a shuttle service, and electric bikes. Some villas will have their own private pools.

A rich set of additional amenities will be offered in collaboration with local partners from the tourist industry, including archeological tours, sailing tours, diving trips, and explorations of the natural freshwater pools scattered around the area.

The hotel will offer a shuttle service for the main nearby destinations, including Cancún Airport, Tulum, and Playa del Carmen.

The development is already underway and the first villas will be delivered and ready for use in 2023.

Japanese Design meets Scandinavian Comfort (“Hygge”)

The design of our villas is unique and was conceived by our team of architects specifically for Jungle Village Chemuyil (more pictures available on our website).

Natural light, floor-to-ceiling windows, energy-efficient air-conditioning, ceramic floors, and local woods create an atmosphere of harmony and peace to celebrate nature. From every part of the villa, you can see the jungle around you and feel fully immersed in it.

The ground floor (40 m2) features an ample living room with an open-plan kitchen and a bathroom. Outside, the room is surrounded by a wooden deck and opens onto a private tropical garden with fruit trees, where elegant furniture and atmospheric lighting create a cozy space in the middle of a lush forest. The living room is designed to double as an additional bedroom.

The first floor (28 m2) features a large bedroom and a modern bathroom with all comforts and elegantly finished interiors. The room is surrounded by floor-to-ceiling windows that give you an experience of full immersion in the lush Mayan forest. A terrace surrounds the room and allows you to step directly into nature.

The wooden deck on the top floor (35 m2) offers stunning views of the jungle and brings you in direct contact with the tropical forest. An ideal and intimate place to relax, sunbathe, meditate, watch the dawn or admire the night sky, have your favorite drinks at the bar while you grill mouth-watering dishes, surrender to the bubbles of a Jacuzzi, or party with friends and family.

Some villas (top tier) have a private pool designed in the style of a natural xenote and a larger private garden.

Construction of the resort is already underway and we welcome investors who share our vision, passion, and excitement.

We will offer early investors a unique opportunity to acquire shares of Jungle Village Chemuyil at a special initial price, as well as a fixed number of weeks per year when they will be able to stay at the hotel and enjoy the full JVC luxury experience free of charge. The number of allocated weeks will grow with the number of shares acquired.

By acquiring shares of JVC, early investors will acquire ownership of a business that will generate a steady income stream, healthy profit, and solid return on investment (detailed forecasts are available upon request).
